The rooms at Tropic Garden Hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were individually furnished with so much care and attention to detail that it felt like stepping into a cozy little home. The air conditioning was a godsend and kept us cool throughout the night. The private bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, including free toiletries. Plus, the seating area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Honestly, there was only one thing that I didn't love about the room. The tile/marble floor was a bit too cold for my liking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing taxis for us and providing great service. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean swimming pool and lovely spaces to relax by the pool. The location was perfect for us, away from the main tourist area, in a peaceful area. We were able to easily walk to Cape point and get a lift to other areas. The breakfast provided was simple but effective, with a variety of options. this hotel offered great value for money and we will definitely return in the future.

I chose to stay at Tropic Garden for its convenient location near the landmarks I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's 24-hour reception and room service, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, having a bar and restaurant on-site was a convenient option for guests.

Unexpectedly, the hotel did not have a card machine, and I was not informed about this in advance. As a result, I had to use my cash for the cost of my stay and encountered issues with the conversion rates during the payment process.

The rooms at Tropic Garden Hotel are super comfortable with air conditioning that kept me cool during the hot Bakau weather. I loved having a private bathroom and a cozy seating area to relax in. The free toiletries were a nice touch too!

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the room a bit slippery and not as cozy as carpet.

The general areas of the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, allowing me to walk around and relax without any difficulties. I also appreciated the thoughtful design choices that made the hotel accessible for senior people like myself.

It would have been even better if the children working there had provided more assistance to senior guests.
